How does the shared usage pool work?

Every seat contributes a full month of Pro-level usage to one shared workspace pool. Anyone on the team draws from that pool, so a busy week for one person is covered by the usage lighter members don't spend. The pool resets each month, and you can add team top-up packs any time — those never expire.

Can I keep my personal plan and be on a team?

Yes. A team workspace is a separate subscription from any personal plan. You can hold both, and a workspace switcher lets you move between your personal space and the team. Personal and team conversations and usage never mix.

What roles are there, and what can admins see?

Owner, admin, and member. Owners and admins invite people, manage seats, and see per-member usage for the workspace. What they cannot see is the contents of anyone's chats — conversations are encrypted per user and stay private to their author unless the author shares them with the workspace. Only the owner can delete the workspace.

Can I change the number of seats later?

Yes. Add seats as the team grows or reduce them when someone leaves — the seat count can't drop below your current members and pending invites. Billing adjusts through the same portal you use to manage the subscription.

What happens if I need more than 25 seats?

Self-serve checkout covers 3 to 25 seats. For a larger team, get in touch through the contact page and we'll help you set it up.

Monthly or annual?

Both. Monthly is $50 per seat. Annual is $550 per seat a year, which works out to about a month free. You can switch billing cycles from the workspace's billing settings.

How is a team different from an individual Pro plan?

Each seat is a full Pro account, so the models, modes, and Council are identical. What a team adds is the shared usage pool, the ability to share deliberations across the workspace, admin roles with usage visibility, and a single invoice for everyone.
